fabricated either on site or purchased from carefully selected
suppliers. Our custom pipe design services are provided
to appropriately match the instrument to the acoustics of the
building, the arrangement of the organ chamber and in a church
setting, the size of the congregation. Pipe repairs and
modifications are performed on premesis.

New windchests incorporating easily serviceable
designs are custom manufactured in the Woodworking Shop.
Capabilities also include modifying existing chests for ease
of serviceability in addition to adapting chests for
instrument expansion.

Custom tooling as required to meet the needs of
pipe organ fabrication, construction and modification is
performed in the Machine Shop. Through our skilled
craftsmen, we control cost and ensure quick turnaround on
repairs by fabricating long lead time parts on site.

Leathering Department

The Leathering Department services include all
leather for work maintenance, repair, restoration and new
instrument construction. Typical organ re-leathering
work is performed locally, allowing Elsener to provide
a cost effective and responsive service. Industry
standard methods and materials are utilized to help ensure
decades of reliable service following instrument construction
or restoration.

usually the final stop for all organs and components before
they leave our facility. Older instruments and all
related components are painstakingly re-finished to appear
like new once again.
